Contact: legal@joyvo.shop
2. What data we collect
When you browse, place an order, contact us, subscribe to our emails or write a review, we may collect: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order history, the content of your messages, review content (text and photos), and payment confirmation. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. We also collect technical data automatically through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and device information.
3. Why we collect it (legal basis)

- To send order confirmations and shipping updates (contractual necessity)
- To send marketing communications, only if you opt in (consent, withdrawable at any time)
- To publish reviews you choose to submit (consent)
- To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations (legal obligation)
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interest)
- To analyze site usage and improve the store, through cookies (consent, except strictly necessary cookies)
- To measure and improve our advertising through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (consent, withdrawable at any time)
4. Who we share it with
- Shopify: hosts the store and processes orders on our behalf as a data processor.
- Payment providers: process payments securely; we do not see or store full card details.
- Suppliers and fulfillment partners: receive the name, address and contact details needed to deliver your order, including partners located outside your country (see Section 6).
- Shipping carriers: receive the delivery details needed to deliver your order.
- Judge.me: collects and displays customer reviews on our behalf.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): receives limited activity data (pages viewed, products viewed, purchases) through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, for advertising measurement.
- Authorities and advisers, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data. Depending on where you live, some sharing for advertising may count as a "sale", "share" or "targeted advertising" under local law; you can opt out on our "Your Privacy Choices" page.
5. Cookies
This site uses cookies for essential site function, analytics and, if enabled, advertising. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner on your first visit or later through the "Manage" option, or through your browser settings. We treat the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request where the law requires it.
6. International data transfers
We sell worldwide, and your data may be processed in countries other than yours, including by Shopify and by suppliers, carriers and service providers in other regions. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK addendum, or an adequacy decision, or the transfer is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver your order.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep order and invoicing data for the period required by Spanish tax law (generally 6 years). Other data, such as marketing and review data, is kept until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, unless we must keep it longer by law.
8. Children
Our products are for children, but our site and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact legal@joyvo.shop and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, to receive a copy of it (portability), and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to legal@joyvo.shop. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
